American Flag on canvas painting

This is a hand painted , American Flag painting done by Melissa Lyons, former US Navy wife. I started doing these flags in 2013 in Texas when we were stationed there . My flags have been sold as originals all over the US and can even be seen in European markets. They are highly textured, not perfect and have a lot of personality. The edges of these flags are painted a gorgeous gold with a hint of rusted brass. They have a smaller edge on them. 

*** please note that the colors are going to appear different at different times of day and also depending on the colors in your house and the amount of light you have. certain times of day , reds appear darker or brighter and blues appear more saturated and cool or warm. 

it has been given a coat of high gloss varnish to protect and preserve it for a lifetime!
